These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Offer Ready Careers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and you, the client ("Client," "you," or "your"), when you purchase or use any of our resume writing, career coaching, LinkedIn optimization, or related services (collectively, "Services").
By purchasing Services, submitting payment, or engaging with Offer Ready Careers in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with any purchase or engagement.
1. Services Provided
Offer Ready Careers provides professional career document and coaching services including, but not limited to:
- Resume writing and rewriting (entry-level, mid-career, and executive)
- LinkedIn profile optimization
- Cover letter writing
- The Hiring Side Audit — resume review and written feedback
- Career strategy and job search coaching sessions
- Bundled service packages
The specific scope of each engagement will be confirmed in writing (via email or intake form) prior to commencement of work. Any services not explicitly agreed upon in writing are not included.
2. Payment Terms
The following payment terms apply to all engagements:
- A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final draft.
- Payment is accepted via Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Full payment details will be provided upon booking.
- Rush requests (24-hour turnaround) are subject to an additional fee of 25–50% of the standard service rate, depending on project scope.
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Pricing confirmed at time of booking is locked for that engagement.
- Late payments (balance not received within 7 days of delivery) may result in a hold on final deliverables until payment is received in full.
3. Revision Policy
Offer Ready Careers is committed to your satisfaction. The following revision policy applies:
- All services include two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional charge. A "revision" is defined as changes to content, structure, or wording based on feedback provided by the Client.
- Revision requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of delivery of the initial draft. Requests received after this period may be subject to additional fees.
- Each revision round should be consolidated into a single set of feedback. Multiple separate emails do not constitute one revision round.
- Additional revision rounds beyond those included are available at a rate of $50 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments.
- Revisions do not include new information not provided during the original intake process. Substantial additions or scope changes may be treated as a new service.
4. Turnaround Times & Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines. Standard times are as follows:
- Resume Review / Hiring Side Audit: 48 business hours
- Cover Letter: 2–3 business days
- Entry-Level or Mid-Level Resume: 3–5 business days
- Senior / Executive Resume: 5–7 business days
- LinkedIn Profile Optimization: 3–5 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Turnaround times begin once the completed intake form and deposit have both been received. Delays in client-provided information may extend delivery timelines.
5. Client Responsiblity
To ensure the best possible outcome, Clients agree to the following:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information about your professional background, experience, and career goals via the intake form.
- Review drafts promptly and provide consolidated feedback within fourteen (14) days of each delivery.
- Communicate openly and responsively to any clarifying questions from Offer Ready Careers.
- Acknowledge that the success of your job search depends on many factors beyond the quality of your career documents, including market conditions, employer preferences, and your own application efforts.
6. Confidentiality
- Offer Ready Careers takes your privacy seriously.All personal and professional information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent.
- Anonymized, non-identifying examples of work (such as sample resumes or portfolio pieces) may be used for marketing and educational purposes. No personally identifiable information will be included in any such samples.
- Client communications, including email correspondence, are retained for business purposes and are not shared externally.
7. Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of final payment in full, the Client is granted full ownership of the completed career documents created by Offer Ready Careers for their personal use.
- Offer Ready Careers retains the right to use anonymized versions of completed work as portfolio samples or marketing materials, provided no personally identifiable information is included.
- Clients may not resell, reproduce, or distribute documents created by Offer Ready Careers as templates or for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
- All templates, methodologies, frameworks, and proprietary processes used by Offer Ready Careers remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
8. No Guarantee of Employment
Offer Ready Careers provides professional document writing and career coaching services. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, callbacks, or any specific job search outcome.
While our services are designed to maximize your candidacy and reflect best practices in resume strategy, hiring decisions are made solely by employers and are influenced by many factors outside our control. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Offer Ready Careers' total liability to any Client for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
- Offer Ready Careers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost employment opportunities, lost income, or career setbacks.
- Offer Ready Careers is not liable for errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
10. Changes to These Terms
Offer Ready Careers reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
Continued engagement with Offer Ready Careers after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
